NOTICE

The AKC’s Management Disciplinary Committee has suspended Mr. William Burress, College Corner, OH, from all AKC privileges for one year, effective September 14, 2009, and imposed a $1000 fine for conduct prejudicial to purebred dogs, purebred dog events, or to the best interests of The American Kennel Club for non-compliance with AKC’s record keeping and dog identification requirements, and the AKC’s Care and Conditions Policy (unacceptable conditions, dogs and/or facility). The AKC's Management Disciplinary Committee has suspended the following individuals from all AKC privileges for a period of ten years, effective August 12, 2002 and imposed fines of $2000 each for failure to comply with the recordkeeping and identification requirements of Chapter 4 of the Rules Applying to Registration and Discipline. The AKC’s Management Disciplinary Committee has suspended Walter Nacey (Mount Vernon, OH) from all AKC privileges for a period of ten (10) years, effective January 10, 2000, and imposed a $500 fine for failure to make his dogs and records available for inspection when requested, and for having submitted, or caused to be submitted, two litter registration applications which he knew, should have known, or had a duty to know, contained false certification.
